Good time
Check in was quick and easy. Front end staff were very kind and helpful. Cleaning staff was slower moving. Left the room around 11 and came back to the room after 4 and it was not cleaned. Thought they skipped because we had a multi day stay. Went to the pool and came back just after 5. To find them in the room cleaning. Pool area is nice but pool water was cold. Might have been because of outside temperature. Like the fact that the pool towels were in the trim and could be exchanged at the front desk. This hotel has been well loved but needs some updates. Paint chipped in spots and visible cracks. Nothing some love couldn’t fix. This is a great place in the summer. I think the winters go unnoticed. We had a good time

Been coming to the Cove for the last 7 years, but this stay may be our last. Inconsiderate parents that use this hotel as a babysitting service for their children. Hallway was littered with Easter eggs from prizes at the arcade, food spilled in the hallways, and at least 12 kids running the hallways playing hide and seek on all 4 floors and chasing each other while we were packing our vehicle to leave. Tried to go into the pool/hot tub after 10pm on a Monday night as the area is open till 11PM. Kids jumping into 3ft hot tub asking their parents to stop and being told I’m wrong. There’s a whole pool to yourselves use it. A bunch of 10 year olds have no reason to be in a hot tub at 10 pm on a Monday night. The Cove simply should make the indoor pool and hot tub adults only after 10pm. Kids can have the pool and hot tub all day give us adults and hour at the end of the day. Hope they update the policy and I would return otherwise good luck being able to use the hot tub and pool.

Just love this place! The price, the location are what I'm all about. The beautiful room with an outside deck, full kitchen, fireplace, whirlpool tub is a bonus. This is not the first time we've stayed and won't be the last.
