Great hotel except for the room
It sounds funny but everything about this hotel is great except for the rooms. The lobby staff is fantastic A+, the lobby itself is fantastic A+, the complimentary breakfast is very good and better than most hotel complimentary breakfasts. I just can’t figure out why the room is so sparse. No closet, no dressers, no drawers anywhere, no place to put your suitcase unless it’s a very small overnight bag. They do provide 18” of metal pipe with some hangers on it to hang clothes from, but full length garments are going to be dangling on the immovable table below. In the entire room there is only one desk style chair to sit on, so if there are two of you who want to watch tv, one will have to sit on the bed. I just don’t get it.

Would have liked a coffee pot in room though in their defense, i didn’t look prior to booking. No closet, just some pegs on wall and no dresser. Can’t unpack. Just ok. Not best value for cost.

I waited at the front desk for 20 minutes before someone finally arrived to check me in which was very frustrating. I asked for help with my luggage and I was told that there was no one to assist me. I was clearly traveling alone with a newborn and struggled greatly to get my bags. There needs to be more staff and someone to consistently be at the front desk as it could have become a safety issue
