A Gem at Shasta Lake
What a find! The room was clean, cool and comfortable. The bed was excellent the television easy to use the refrigerator cold and best of all the shower was unbelievable! They spent a lot of money on the shower in the jackrabbit room and it was a great experience. But the breakfast, was probably the biggest surprise of all—no simple, cheap hotel buffet here. A made to order breakfast that was extremely tasty, fresh and beautifully presented. If I had a complaint, it would only be that this particular room did not have any sort of chairs or table for outside sitting And the walls inside were mostly bare. Please put up more of those beautiful oil paintings that you have decorating some areas. We will definitely be back even though there are no views of the lake and it is somewhat close to the five freeway so noise is a small factor, but not inside the rooms Thank you for allowing us to visit this exquisite property!

The inn called me on my way to make sure I knew how to check in. The host met me to walk me to my room and brought me ice and fresh glasses right away without asking. The property is beautiful and the people working here are amazingly attentive. I feel like royalty in the woods!

We so loved our stay at the Inn. Alex and Jesse and the staff were attentive yet low key, allowing us to come and go without a worry. The exceptional staff, excellent service and immaculate rooms made us feel welcome and carefree. Best stop between Vancouver BC and Puerto Vallarta
The Inn at Shasta Lake was an amazing, most restful stay! This was day 3 of a 5 day trip with 12-14 hr drives, so we were so happy to have a cozy cabin (Acorn Cabin) with oversized shower and jacuzzi tub. Exactly what we needed. A1 service and such a peaceful setting!
