The hotel staff in general, are extraordinary. Although, during my recent stay, during the holidays, the same dining room server made the same mistake, and provided the most uncomfortable service. The first time the server waited on me on my birthday, he told me that the food item I chose to order was overdoing the carbs, and discouraged me. It was humiliating. During Christmas holiday, the same server, provided the worse, disrespectful service to our family, I was appalled. The doormen are exceptional, and worth the stay to enjoy their world class hospitality.

Will continue to stay here. Perfect in every way. Beautiful corner soaker tub with heated light above. Staff helped us connect to the TV. The restaurant’s food and service is excellent with delicious choices and cozy atmosphere including live music at night.

The property is absolutely stunning, in an amazing central location where you can walk to shops, cafes and restaurants. The staff is extremely nice and welcoming, and every inch of that hotel was super clean! I’d absolutely stay there again!
