What a disappointment. We got a room the furthest away from everything. Used the back door key card for entry, just a bit unsettling at night. The room itself, was outdated & antiquated. Clean? I guess. The floor without carpet (which is better) seemed clean. The bed was semi comfortable. The sheets were very rough. Wiped off the remote, cause you know it is the dirtiest thing in the room. Then wiped off all other surfaces. Then the bathroom. The toilet seat had a swivel seat. (loose). Rough TP. Towels were nice. The sink was clean until the black stuff started coming off the grout under the sink & faucet. Gross. The bathtub/shower/showerhead was disgraceful. I went to the front desk in the morning to ask that the tub/shower be cleaned. Went out, came back later, the room was cleaned, bed made, if the tub was cleaned it didn't do any good. It was disgusting. There was no-way we were getting in that tub/shower. Even with a 2 day stay-waited to we got home. We were very uncomfortable in the room. The breakfast consisted of bread, toast and OJ and the coffee was not good at all. Not worth the long walk from the back of the building to just grab a quick coffee. Just a note about other guests, what a bunch of miserable people....were they just as unhappy with the hotel as we were or just unfriendly. So if we visit Lancaster again we'll find another hopefully better place to stay.

I will never stay here again. The staff was rude and not knowledgeable about the hotels.com listing. They made me pay twice for the stay at this trashy place.

Our stay was fine we went to sights and sounds and wanted to sleep over before driving back 1hour and 30 minutes to our home the room was very clean

We have been here a few times because it has an affordable room with a jetted tub other wise we would have made other accommodations because it’s not the most luxurious or clean place but the front desk was nice.

The first thing we noticed was the sign at the entrance was disgusting, broken, and run down. I went inside to check in and that area was the same way. It was very dirty and smelled terrible. I had to leave a $150 deposit that we were never told about. Then I made my way to the room the carpet in the halls and on the stairs (no elevator) were sticky and extremely dirty. The room it self was the same way, dirty, smelly, broken furniture, gum on one of the beds, broken screens in the windows, very cold in the room and the heat would not come on, and a very loud squealing noise was coming from inside the room and outside in the hallway. We went down to the lobby within 5 min to let them know we did not feel safe there and would not be staying with them. We needed to cancel the reservations and they did not care at all! They refused to give us a refund the only thing they wanted to do is get us a different room. The pictures online look NOTHING like the actual rooms. We should not be forced to pay for something that is not represented well.

Front desk rep. States she Was new and didn’t see our reservation with Hotel.com on phone call yesterday (for late check in). Just went straight to hotel and showed email but I believe was a lousy service as as turned away on phone, didn’t even know how tonsil up my name but a guy previous night confirmed the stay. She needs more customer service training with Wyndham hotels as that’s bad for the business.

Bed was beyond uncomfortable, room was outdated, no alarm clock, refrigerator didn't work, carpet was dirty, toilet ran all night unless i took the tank lid off and adjusted the chain. Very overpriced for a dump

The property was old and in great need of updating. When you have a sign in the bathroom giving you directions to watch the water level in the toilet and turn off the water if it starts getting high...that is a clue!
