The sheets in the room were scratchy and not same quality from last stay. The landline phone in the room did not work. The tv signal was weak and the wifi was always lagging. To be honest the stay was not worth what was paid.

Great but not Excellent!
It was a great room and the hotel is very nice! We are even thinking about using it for our wedding BUT in our room 2nd floor king bed room the cleanliness was not good there was 2 big hair balls in the shower, a piece of chocolate on the floor by the bed, no bag in the garbage the little mirror in the bathroom was falling apart and there was a funky smell when we first walked into the room but other than that the the shower was amazing with 2 shower heads and glass doors there was an indoor pool and an outdoor one also with a playground for the little ones also! It was really great. I think they just need some new cleaning people! Sorry!
