This hotel was great for our big family as the rooms were large and clean. But for us, the best part was the service. The people at the front desk (especially Sam) were very helpful, friendly, accommodating, And professional. Thank you for a great stay!

I like Fairfield Inn East at The Outlets for convenience and ease of access. I tolerate the occasional traffic noise from route 30. I know that location is not going to be whisper quiet. That is ok for me. Price is fair and on site personnel are always friendly.

Was unable to get into the building to check in as it was locked upon arrival. They mentioned nothing about a specific checkin end time. And there were notices to call the front desk when we got here, and no one answered to let us in and we had to get another hotel at the last minute. Even after prepaying I didn’t get my moneys worth, will not be using this service again.
