Checked in and the Receptionist was rude, like we were an inconvenience to her. Go to the room, and the door was jammed. Had to push through like we were SWAT. The floors were sticky and there were old used towels in tub. Let front desk know, nothing was done all weekend. On the amenities it says housekeeping daily, got to the room to change and we had no new towels. The worker down the hall was cleaning rooms at 8pm, so I asked him for clean towels. He tried to scold me because of the door issue till I showed him the issue, and mentioned I had advised the front desk. The outside area is full of trash, boxes and old furniture. This place was comfortable until this past weekend. Never again!

We stayed there two nights and both nights we were woken up at 3 am. One was noise outside our door and the second time was the fire alarm going off by someone on the second floor. We will never stay there again.

Check in time is 3 pm, we got there at 4:30 pm and our room had still not been cleaned. The evelvator was down the entire time were there. Also the the pool and hot tub were closed as well.

Not so good Elevators were broke, pool and spa not working,room was not very fresh. If you like animals, great place…lots of dogs barking. If you want cheap, you get cheap. Hotel room door had to be pushed by both my husband to get in.Front desk night lady was not very friendly. Didn’t know elevators were broken, when I asked for first floor because my husband would have difficulty getting up stairs she snapped that if she had a first floor I could have it. If not, it would be too bad.

Check in I waited while clerks carried a conversation for about 15 minutes about work issues, not professional when a patron is right there hearing all the problems of the hotel I’m about to stay in. Pool and spa were not working. Still paid full price. Room was clean, bed was comfy.

Go to the Fairfield in front of this place!
The lady that checked us in was nice other than that this place sucked. The pillows were hard, and the sheets and blankets smelled like jailhouse sheets, and blankets There were peanuts all around the bed and under the bed from the previous people I saw a bug in the bathroom, tiles were cracked on the bathroom floor and moved. Water in Sind did not drain good at all. horrible Ramen noodles smell all over the first floor when looking at the pool , No Way! there was like 4 inches of some kind of foamy bubbles in the hot tub. I’m assuming and hoping it was laundry soap. Oh ya the so called free coffee, threw mine out after one sip, it was more like mud. Cannot believe it was $175 for two nights at this dump.
