DO NOT STAY here!!!! Don’t let the decent outside fool you !! The beds are old, no housekeeping service during your stay. The bath tub creaked when you stand in it, the carpet is GROSS!!! Don’t walk on it with your bare feet !!! I would give 0 stars if it was an option.

There were many bugs in the room, including one that we found under the sheet that was dead. We found two fingernails and trash in the room. One fingernail was laying on the floor by the sink, and the other was beside the bed in the second room of the two room “suite”. There was one appeared to be blood above our bed and on the wall. There was no trash can in the second room, no towels except a hand towel, electrical outlets didn’t work, the TV was so dark that I couldn’t even see the picture on the screen and the bathroom was dirty. Homeless people were roaming the property and there was even a man and woman fighting in the parking lot. Never saw security deal with any of this. It is a shame because Arizona Charlie’s boulder has been our favorite place to stay since 2006, but it is an absolutely horrific place to be now. When I brought the issues up with the front desk staff, they didn’t care at all. I will never consider staying there again.

It was a great room. We were upgraded to a suite size room for the same price. Very friendly staff and good food in the casino .We will definitely recommend it to others.

It's good because it's away from the strip, isn't the best on being very clean & they now charge a 25 dollar resort fee, which is kinda funny since it's no where NEAR being a "resort" ! The rooms have doors that open to the outside, which is definitely convenient for a smoker though, lol! I like that the rooms aren't connected to the casino & you can park your car basically right outside your room! The staff is nice and very helpful!

I gave low stars because I came during the week (Thursday). The price was good and it didn’t feel TOO unsafe. They DO have security and I think it’s the ONLY reason I gave more than one star. Casino is old and dated. Restaurant on the property is decent and actually has a good menu but it’s not always open so if you get in late keep that in-mind. The thing that got me was that they didn’t have an BLANKET on the bed. In my experience hotel rooms at LEAST come with a blanket. I was VERY tired and even TRIED (unsuccessfully) to sleep with just a top-sheet since it was hot. I went downstairs to ask about it. I was initially told “too bad”, but I persisted to ask. I had to call Hotels.com customer service to get them to bring me a blanket and when the guy came up he handed me the most pathetic and worn out looking thin blanket with an attitude and NO words. Casino is gross and looks outdated. I definitely do NOT recommend this place unless you have NO other option. Bring your own blanket. I will say one thing on the positive side: room was NOT bad and did look updated. It was quiet and while the Casino had some interesting characters none of the other hotel guests were rowdy or bothered me. The hotel itself is actually quiet so during the week, if you bring your own blanket, might not be so bad.

2 rooms were extremely dirty, smelled bad. Carpet was so dirty, that socks were black and none of the beds had any blankets ,only sheets. Pillows super small and very uncomfortably. Plus in the mornings my husband found bed bugg under our matrass. We do not recommend this hotel!!!!!!

1st room giving was not clean from last guest. Personal items left in room with trash and bed not made. No got water, had to take a cold shower. Elevator did not work also. Other than that, it was cool.

I can't say much nice about this property. I never received a cleaning service in 4 days. No new towels, nothing. No air conditioning in the elevator. Property had a lot of landscaping that was dying. Casino has bad air handlers that didn't clear our smoke. The only bright side was that the staff was very nice and pleasant.
