It was OK. Sometimes the elevator didn’t work. Most of the restaurants are closed. The food court is terrible. The water pressure is really good for a hot shower and the soaking bathtub is nice. People are nice too.

Jason at the front desk was great! App they suggested was not working…for anyone . Property is a little “timed-out”, but clean and enjoyable ( coffee machine in room would be nice) .Would stay here again without any reservation( after I actually made reservations, of course…)

Someone placed a "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door and my room was not cleaned one day. My "Do Not Disturb" sign was still inside my room - I am not sure if it was the housekeeping mistake or a prank. There should be an automated process (either by tv interface or phone interface to request room cleaning). In the mornings I would like to contact housekeeping that the room is available to clean/replace towels.

For me it was all about staying in a pyramid. I've wanted to stay here since I was a kid. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was not in great shape, minor repairs could be done. View was awesome, and we got to watch the sunrise.
