The property was very clean and conveniently located to Allegiant Stadium, which was what we were looking for. The gentleman who checked us in (Michael L.??) was super helpful in suggesting fun activities, and very very nice. We also enjoyed Citizens restaurant both mornings we were there and were very pleased with the breakfast.

Customer service from check in to check out was great. Our cleaning lady was also very friendly and help full. The hotel is beautiful, clean and really get the feel of being in a resort. we will be staying here again.

Loved it, pool area was well staffed and clean. Many good food options, really enjoyed the Mexican restaurant. Casino had lots of machines and tables, and something I haven't seen in years, cocktail waitress's actually keeping up with drinks always seemed to be hovering around close by. Only had one problem, last day we were there, no water, some maintenance issue. Will be going back!

I stayed at Mandalay Bay a year ago. This time our experience was average. The resort has an amazing pool with a beach. The staff is sometimes super helpful and some other times clueless. Be aware that you have to pay premium for everything on the premises (more than 60usd for two frozen margaritas). In room coffee also chargeable. Pros : pool, beach, room with view. Cons: expensive, slow elevators, very crowded, some staff members
