Property is lavish and well kept. Staff is friendly and approachable. Only complaint is there is no coffee in room. If you forget to place a room service order the night before then searching for coffee shops that don’t have long lines is ridiculous. It took over an hour to get coffee!

Wynn is my number one choice in Vegas however…
Very difficult to get in touch with customer service… I was promised $120 beverage credit at check-in. Last day in the statements I noticed that only 2 wine ($50) was taken out. I called front desk and they agreed to take out another $70 from my statements for other beverages that was coded as “food”. They were water, coffee, tea. I was still charged for the full statement. Haven’t received the $70 credit yet.
