I won’t be staying at the Riverside again. I was put on the 18th floor and the room was supposed to be non smoking but I could still smell smoke. This was the most disorganized hotel I’ve ever stayed as far as parking. It was like going through a maze.

I did enjoy most of my stay, however I was greatly disappointed with my river view. There is a higher charge for this view, but the window was filthy, unable to get a good picture especially at night of the moon. I was able to talk to manager and was comped the 10.00 I would have been charged for the water I used but I was very disappointed in the view.

Rooms were super clean modern updated, and large wasn’t too crazy about the food, but they have the best and most slot machines and it seems like this hotel provides the most activities of all the hotels there… definitely would stay again.

The beds are terrible. Probably the hardest bed I have slept in. The floor was more comfortable. The valet staff was very friendly and accommodating. Everything else was very dated but fine.

Everything was great. Staff was excellent. We rented two cabana’s the adult pool for Saturday. The pool was nice and cool, and the bad playing was great! We got an executive sweet this time and the room was fine. Really nice river view.

Despite poor reviews from a certain web site, I found the room immaculate. It was tasteful, recently refurbished, and I was very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here next time you’re in Laughlin.

I did not like the fact I booked a reservation on a non smoking property Mountain View and when I checked in I was told they did not have any room available in the non smoking area therefore I was given a room in the smoking area.
