We have been going to Laughlin for the last 30; years and I'm saddened to say probably the last. Upon check in the headache started, they made some kind of mistake and we ended up waiting over thirty minutes to check in, the last thing you want after traveling hours. Rude staff. After checking in we were told the elevator wasn't working and that remained out of service our entire stay. The hallways and stairs had an unpleasant smell and was hot. Our soda vending machine on our floor was out of service. We entered our room and found the sink to be clogged and full of sewage. Mold and ripped shower curtain, dirty bathtub, spiderwebs on the ceiling and inoperable thermostat to control the temperature in the room so it stayed very warm until late in the night. Escalator to lower floor to restaurant was out of service during our stay. Absolutely nowhere to eat sometime after 11pm no vending machine, no convenient store, no cafe , nothing in a 24 hour operation. They want you to gamble but offer nothing to make they're guests comfortable. We couldn't wait to get home from this vacation, never at any point did we feel any hospitality what so ever so sad. Deplorable, functionally obsolescent definitely a thing of the past. We will miss the good ole days for sure. Sad to see it coming to an end of anything worth visiting.

unfortunately, the elevator near our room was out of order. we had to walk down 2 long hallways to our room. the room was well decorated, clean and quiet. the bed was very comfortable. the pillows were firm enough but about 1/2 size and there was several of them. employees were pleasant and helpful. we appreciated having a refrigerator in the room. however, i would not pay extra for a courtyard room again.

other than the elevator that would have been very close to our room being out of order and having to walk the length of two of their hallways (not the casinos fault), our stay was very nice. i would not pay extra for a courtyard room again. the bed was very clean and comfortable. we appreciated having a refrigerator in the room. staff in all areas were pleasant and helpful. it was a quiet stay even though there were several large groups checked in.

The unique about the property is everyone is friendly and helpful. There one major thing I would like to say if can one Microwave next to the lobby so we can warm up the food. Room are completely soundproof.

I was given different prices from the hotel and Expedia.. over charged and the staff was rude about it. Second they asked if i wanted room service during my stay and not 1 time did they do room service.. ac was not working and there was nothing they could do cause they were sold out so I'm not staying there along with all the groups we go with, we all went through the same issues.

The room we stayed in had several issues. The sink would back up and drain very slowly. Same way with the tub.The toilet kept running and we had to take the toilet tank cover off to loosen the chain because it kept catching under the rubber flapper. There was dust bunnies or spider web on the ceiling. The vents in the room were not cleaned in ages. This hotel really needs to be evaluated for maintenance and housecleaning improvements.

The parking garage was extremely hot,humid and dark, could use some updated lights for safety. Having one of the elevators out of order was very inconvenient, due to it creating more distance for us to walk with heavy luggage and children. The room was comfortable and AC felt good.
