What didn't i like.... i disliked the fact we couldn't check in until after 4pm UNLESS we paid more (thank goodness we didn't) the room was soooo old and unsightly! The bathroom was in really bad shape, our tv. Didn't work, the air conditioner/heater was sooo loud we could barely sleep. The water pressure was almost non existent... honestly i was extremely disappointed.... i thought "Golden Nugget" was a high end hotel- nope not even close!

The heating and air conditioning units need to be replaced. I have stayed there mutiple times in the past 12 months for business and had to change rooms many times since the heating/cooling system did not work.

Not always able to find service at video poker at the bar. Front desk could have been more polite and welcoming. Love the atrium and the Christmas decor. Love the room and bathroom. All around I'll be back!

This property is very poorly maintained and staff is not motivated. We saw numerous machines on the casino floor that we not functional and staff did nothing to fix them, even after we pointed out they were not working. The room was stifling hot even though it was Mid-December and the mattress was horrible.
