Do better Harrah's!
We booked at Harrah's for the convenience of attending a concert that was on site. Not only was there NOT designated parking for guests, there was no one guiding traffic, OR space enough to park in order to check-in. The valet attendant was very rude and unaccommodating as well.

We did have a beautiful view from our room however it was a little bit old, I know they’re renovating but doors are missing off the entertainment center curtains didn’t match faucets in the bathroom didn’t match kind of a little bit of a hodgepodge. But the view was well worth it.

They charge $20 on top of what you pay on here.
they charged extra for the pool and lake saying its an extra $18.99 per day....excuse me but that lake closes before pm which is check in and also the pool was not open . we were charged $40 more for things that werent used. Also room service never came around to tidy up the room ....we called them 3 times. bathroom was filthy as soon as we went in . asked them to clean the dirty nasty stuff in the restroom . they were kinda accusing us of it being gross but we explaind we just arrived. horrible horrible experience

they only care if your a member! we waited forever to get checked in bc they only had people working at check in for their members the rest of the line had to wait u til they were all taken care of, then we get to our room i paid for a renovated room with river view i thought it would be a good view of the river no it's mostly mountains with just a bit of the river i get over it though go to use the restroom and the sink was full of mold i tried to get help but they wouldn't help me over the phone i was o instructed to go back down stairs and wait another 35 minutes in the check in line to get my room moved finally do and get to my second room with stained bed sheets with hair every wear i had to pull teeth to get hk to come switch my bed asked to speak to a manager and only got the hk manager who was annoyed and not helpful at all when we left our room we heard her talking about us to the housekeeper down the hall then came back to the room to see that the light and alarm clock was not working! pool there was so milky looking and smelled so strong of chlorine i was t interested in going and we got drinks from the bar yuck i think the bartender thought we would be happy with all the extra liquor in the drink but it was nasty and we also tried to get cinnabon in the hotel as a snack and she threw it in the microwave it was awful!! this hotel needs to do better and their customer service is non existent[check in lady was the only good experience in the entire hotel]
