The property has gone down hill. Even though they are remodeling the rooms it just seems going down. They closed the one restaurant, ice machines no longer work, removed hair dryers from the rooms. Windows were dirty. The lights at nite shine extremely bright into the room as the old curtains do not completely close. The cigarette smoke was nauseating. Unfortunately will not stay there again nor recommend. I normally stay there while on a work trip.

Decided to upgrade my room upon arrival. The front desk did not mention that the tvs were not working and we would have to be without them during our stay. In that case, a complementary upgrade should have been given. The hotel does not have ice machines which is a bit of an inconvenience so if you wanted ice you would have to go to the front desk every time. There were no curtain sheers on the curtains so once you opened them, it was just BRIGHT. The best asset to the hotel is the bowling alley and the hotel should probably really take some time to do some renovations.

We did not have any television all weekend we were there for 3 days. There were no sheer curtains in the rooms so it was either really sunny or dark. We upgraded our room and was NOT told about not having television at that time. I have been to Laughlin on many occasions and plan to continue to go just wont be staying at The Laughlin River Lodge again

Bad customer service
There was no cable the entire night and morning I stayed at this hotel. I was not made aware of this upon check in which was very frustrating. I understand some things are out of the hotels control but again no transparency when checking in. I called ot speak with the manager in the morning and was told there was nothing they could do.. not even a breakfast comp or anything! I had my child with me so as you can imagine it was difficult keeping her entertained through the stay. I was also told they were unaware it was a provider issue until awhile after my check in which is not true. Right when I got to my room and noticed no cable I called down to the front desk and the lady was well aware and just told me to call back at 8am when the manager arrived. Very unprofessional!

Extremely Disappointed Won't Return
First room was absolutely filthy massive dust on the headboards, desk and dresser. Broken plastic pieces on the floor. Room had a bad musty smell. The restaurants ib the little casinos had run out of most foods and suggested not to order any fried foods due to not heibg cooked in a fryer but the microwave. The general store also ran out of hot foods.The 2nd room was somewhat better, cleaner. There were holes in the curtains, the TV was 20 years old and only got maybe 6 channels which maybe 4 came in clear. We are extremely disappointed in our stay we almost just went home after our 1st night but since I paid $183 we decided to stick it out. We will not be back at this hotel casino nor will we refer anyone to it.

Very spacious and clean room. It did not have a blow dryer or Iron in the room but you can always call the front desk. It has multiple bar food places inside the casino. Really enjoyed my stay
