The room was fine with a nice view of the river. However, the TV and coffee maker did not work and staff had to come. The line for parking and checkin was very long when we arrived. The pool and Jacuzzi are a long way from the rooms and close at 6:45pm even though the web site shows 11pm. The riverwalk is very nice but is closed for construction near the Colorado Belle. I would not stay again.

Bathroom was not cleaned properly. We found hair in the shower, floor and around base of the toilet. Called multiple times to request more coffee pods and they were never brought up to the room. Will not stay here again. We also had problems the last time we stayed there a few years back. Never again.

The casino has beautiful high ceilings making it feel very open and breathable . Room and view was beautiful and the air conditioner in the room was amazing. Highly recommend !

Good system to unload your luggage when you have a boat. Your valet using texts was a great way to go. Text valet and your car is there. The bell hop guys were great.
