Pool and Jacuzzi was dirty. The room I was booked had broken furniture and was dirty. My room had a dirty bathroom. There was throw up in the sink and used bar soap in the dish. Floor was dirty. There was trash in the room. The bed had dirty sheets. The room had a stench of dirt and old dust.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! BED BUGS!! Woke up with bed bug bites! Not worth it! The room was clean. No smell. Nothing out of the ordinary. Breakfast was AWFUL except the waffles. The waffles were superb. The eggs were inedible and drinks super watered down. Kitchen staff was raising his voice at the front desk lady in front of everyone bc of coffee. He seemed super stressed out. Pool was great. Hot tub was great. Great location.

Great location in the middle of lots of things to do. Only 10 minutes from the military base which was nice since I was there for a graduation. Indoor pool and hot tub was amazing and heated. Breakfast was good and very comfortable beds. Staff was really nice and patient. Only thing I would have like was a mini fridge in the room. There wasn't one and I found a bug on the wall (Roach). I only saw one so that was good. Also this is just me being picky but the TV was super old and small so it was kinda hard to watch with others. Other than that it was still a good hotel for my one night.

Definitely not up to par compared to other Hampton Inne we've stayed at. A lot of general wear and tear in the rooms such as stains on the carpet and cracks in the sink. The poor maintenance crew stayed busy fixing leaks in the ceiling. The pool and hot tub had a green film, definitely needs a deep cleaning. No fridge or microwave in our room. The bed was comfortable. Both women who checked us in and out were not very friendly or warm.

Room was nasty. Hotel claimed a requested a smoking room from Expedia, I did not! Refused to change my room. Rest of motel was not clean. No hot water in morning

Not too bad for a 1 night business trip

The staff was very sweet and had great customer service. The room was the reason for not having 5 stars. The shower ran out of conditioner. The bathroom was not cleaned or semi attepted to be cleaned. The bed was very indented. The carpet had stainings. There was dryer sheets stuffed between seat cushions. The fridge was not working. The curtains were a little bit broken. Overall was not too bad for a 1 night business trip.
