It looked like a brand new hotel. I asked the desk how long it's been there and surprisingly it has been there 10 years. It was so clean, staff were very friendly. The bar was good the food was excellent. Will be returning.

Bait and switch, indifferent staff, no resolution
Booked this location based entirely on amenities only to find out that they were not available as advertised. Staff offered no resolution and did not seem to care that we were unhappy with our accommodations. We left almost immediately after checking in and were offered no credit or refund, despite an obvious bait and switch hotel. Staff was indifferent to our requests and informed us that, not only could they not do anything but they would make no effort as we had booked through Hotels. com. We will not be staying at another Hilton. Very disappointed. Still awaiting information on our refund.

I was so disappointed in Hilton Garden inn. The pool was broken and my door was broke and very hard to close! Just unhappy with everything.

The staff has been very nice and helpful. Our toilet broke during our stay and they moved us to the room next door for a seamless transition that was very much appreciated. I would recommend this property when staying in this area.

Not bad compared to the other Hotels
Hotel was full and the people above is and next to us were extremely noisy all night. Shower head was plugged up and barely worked. Receptionist was more concerned about her phone than us when we were checking in. Most of the room was very spacious and confortable.

We had a wonderful stay. We wish our room had been cleaned by house cleaning services, it was not; no fresh towels on the second shower; our room phone was broken so we could not call. Other than that all staff were friendly, professional and more than accommodating.
