Our family of 4 enjoyed our night there! Our only regret is not bringing our swimsuits. We figured the outdoor pool would be closed due to winter but it was open and being enjoyed by many. Next time we'll bring our swimsuits.

We loved the outdoor hot tub, but the pool despite being heated still wasn’t warm enough. Lots of outdoor space for kids play which was great. Expensive but the suite was huge and had everything we needed.

During our stay, we experienced significant issues with the hot water. It ran out very quickly while showering, leaving us unable to finish properly. We reported this issue to the front desk, but they were unable to resolve it. They simply advised us to wait 30–40 minutes for the water tank to reheat. However, even after waiting for an hour, the problem persisted, and we had to finish our showers with cold water. My sister was unable to shower at all on the first night due to this issue. This was extremely inconvenient, especially given that it was winter. It was also disappointing considering that we paid $500 per night for our stay. Given the level of service expected at this price, I do not feel it was worth the cost.

Great experience at Icicle Resort. Breakfast is good quality and the in house restaurant has good food and options as well. Kids enjoyed the game room. Location is very close to the adventure park. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed the stay. We liked that the breakfast buffet was included in both the stay. And enjoyed the “adults only” pool: hot tub hour. One hot tub and one pool were both closed in opposite areas, so that was strange. But we made due. Also the restaurant was closed for lunch dinner on our last two days there which was inconvenient. But again we just made due and went to town to eat. We LOVED the spa and the bed was so comfortable. Staff were all very kind and helpful.

The spa was great, I had an awesome massage. My room was super clean. The restaurant was open one day I was there, the food was good. The breakfast in the morning was also good. Thin walls, you can hear the cleaners and your neighbors.
