I am deeply disappointed with my recent stay at La Bella from January 26th to 28th. Upon arrival, I encountered several issues: initially given an occupied room, then relocated to a bug-infested one. Amenities were lacking, with hand soap instead of body soap, a malfunctioning bathroom light switch, and missing coffee filters and trash cans. Further problems included roaches in the bathroom and refrigerator, and a malfunctioning fridge. Despite pleasant staff, these issues reflect poor maintenance. I will not return and will leave a one-star review on both the hotel and Expedia. I hope you take this feedback seriously for future improvement.
