It was horrible all around. Had to pay to park, water park was under major construction. HDMI cord coming from TV was exposed and frayed in the kids bedroom. Overcrowded and unsafe in waterpark and the entire resort. Food was gross. The alarm in our room went off at 6am and 6:15 and we never set it and woke everyone up. I’m never going

Ridiculous that you’re charging for parking in the middle of nowhere. Especially since you’re charging 4-5 times the rate for other 3 star hotels. The food is awful. The hot tubs are like warm. I don’t think it would hurt to not let kids in the hot tubs. There are plenty of other water activities for them.

The convenience of the location is a great addition to this indoor waterpark. We enjoyed our stay at GWL Fitchburg/Boston. Although a portion of the waterpark is under renovation, all of the bigger slides are a ton of fun for both adults and kids. We will be coming back when the renovations are completed for the full experience.

Internet kept going out due to work be done on the elevator. I didn’t get check into my room until almost 7pm….but I had cleaning people outside my door at asking me if I was leaving at 8:30am. I have two kids with disabilities and requested a room so I could give meds in private but that wasn’t even possible. I would ask if renovations are complete before giving this dump another shot

Encountered a bad situation
It was nice at first and we have been there plenty of times until this visited the fire alarm came on and had to go outside with my entire family, and my kids n niece my 10 yr olds had to witness a guy getting arrested it was chaos .. my kids are literally traumatized having to see police slam down a guy .. we want a refund which we wanted to leave and not stay the night but I had to convince my kids to stay just because I was hoping it will be ok and better by the next day with our complementary breakfast the staff was so rude we didn’t even bother to enjoy enjoy the rest of the waterpark and arcade we had to leave I never once experienced rude staff and hectic events ever and I had book plenty of times but this time the reservation was under my bf and it was just a bad experience especially I brought along my bf niece for her birthday gift her first time coming with us to great wolf she was petrified and never wants to go again

Ehhh. Last trip
Rom was nice, beda not very comfortable and pillows not smooth at all..bumpy Took away the tables from around all areas except by food court...thats dumb. So hot on one side i got nauseous...they need to move the air around better. Kids had fun. Overall, ok of a trip and also oir last one. In addition to spending almost 1k per night, they charged 15 for parking per night and we eneded up going with 2 vehicles. Ntlot necessary considering room costs are so expensive.
