I checked in and purchased two rooms. One for friend one for myself. I take my friend to his room and get him settled in including adjusting the room temp so he had heat in his room and he needed. I go to my room and expect to do the same but the unit would only put out cool air. After about 1/2hr of adjusting and seeing if it would eventually put out heat I tried calling the front desk. No answer, tried again, no answer, so I used my mobile phone and the from desk picked up. He informed me that I should just turn it off because then building does not have heat and that he just works the front desk and I could get a space heater from him. That did not sit well with me because I was paying $90 and given a room in a building that did not have heat in mid Oct. in Utah. and hearing this kid on the phone beginning to sound like it's my problem and not his. I'm thinking well why did he not tell me the room does not have heat to begin with at check-in. Things just did not go well after that.

Easy to find with ample free parking right outside the room. Staff are excellent and Nick checked us in quickly and efficiently, and gave us some recommendations for local restaurants. The rooms are very big, quiet, comfortable and well appointed.
