A clean room, a hot tub and a swimming pool.
Staying at La Quinta Inn in Logan, Utah was out of the way travel for me, but it is a beautiful, clean city and well worth the extra miles.

Reeked of cigarette smoke. Turning on the mini split caused the room to smell awful. People were constantly smoking right in front of the back entrance blocking the door so you had to walk through their smoke. They didnt seem to have room keys even because they had the door propped open with a coke bottle. This hotel was very dirty and paying an extra $60 to have my dog was almost a joke because he's cleaner and smells better than this Hotel.

Bed bugs of some sort eating me alive. Chrystal Aguilar the hotel manager was rude and specifically said “I don’t care about reviews” I had to beg them to look at my room. My whole face and throat are swollen from the 10-12 bites I received while staying in room 325. Please avoid. The pain and swelling is not worth it

Very easy to park where I could look out the window and see our vehicle, Close to the exit and close to the food area for breakfast. Very happy with our stay, we have stayed here at least 4-5 times in the past, Our favorite place to stay in Logan. Very well located to the places we like to go to!!

When we tried to stay here, our dog and cat seemed to be tracking something. I just figured they were nervous because we were in the middle of our move . I went to lay down on the pillow and was met with mice poop. When we called the front desk, they told me they needed to come see. So they came to the room, verified that it was there and then moved us to another room. They offered to discount my room the next time I stayed there when I spoke to the manager the next morning. When I told her we were passing through to move, she said that since I booked through Expedia, I couldn't be refunded, and instead gave me drinks and snacks for the road for having paid the pet fee.

Dear Management, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. My stay, which lasted three nights, was unfortunately marked by excessive noise and inadequate management response, significantly impacting my experience. On the first night, I was woken up multiple times by loud banging and talking in the hallway. At approximately 12:30 a.m., I discovered a group of young men playing hockey in the corridor. I kindly asked them to stop, but they continued. I then contacted the front desk, who assured me that they would handle the situation. However, the noise persisted for another 15 minutes, at which point I called again. The response I received was that the staff was trying to locate the coach of the group. It took another 30 minutes before the noise subsided enough for me to fall back asleep. The following two nights were no better. The same group, now joined by others, continued to be disruptive late into the night. Despite using noise-canceling headphones, I was unable to block out the noise, which persisted well into the early morning hours. The lack of effective management in addressing these disturbances was disappointing. As a guest, I expect a reasonable level of quiet, particularly during the late-night hours, and I feel that the hotel failed to provide this. I would appreciate a response regarding how you intend to address these issues moving forward to prevent future guests from experiencing similar disruptions. Thanks
