"Excellent service and facilities. Friendly and helpful staff - special mention to Intan who checked us in and ensured my family had adjacent views. Even the top brass; Mr Ken Thien, was at the lobby and breakfast buffet engaging guests and providing recommendations, where to eat, how to get there, offering me an umbrella. They deserve more than 5 stars really. Kudos to them team including Basil, Faris, and the rest (apologies, some names were missed!) "

"Everything was good and well and we checked in early but we left our luggage with the concierge and went for shopping. The hotel reception was very friendly and helpful. They called and updated our room was ready and helped us to keep our luggage in the room. It’s a very nice hotel but one thing to improve on the quality of their breakfast & more options available.
