"I enjoyed staying here very much. The apartment was very clean and I felt very safe. The view was amazing and I watched the sunrise every morning. The swimming pool was great. For me, the location was perfect. The bus stop was very close and there were plenty of restaurants, cafes and some great supermarkets which made it very convenient . There is also a great walk to Straits Quay and beyond which I did every morning. l went to Gurney Drive Hawker Centre most evenings for dinner. I explored Georgetown, Penang Hill and Butterworth - all by public transport which was cheap and reliable.I would stay again if I was back in Penang.Communication with Teng Ee was great and I appreciated his advice and suggestions. Thanks for everything! "

"The beach is nice. Could have used some more clean up. There were trash litter around that kind of making dipping into the warm ocean less of an attraction."

"We were sent to a 1 bedroom apartment instead of 2 as originally booked for first 3 nights as the excuse was that it needed repairs. However, we met the family checking out when we were checking in on the checkin day.. Although the cleaner did a good job tiding the apartment, there was mound and ceiling leak strains . The air conditioner in the 2nd room did not work and the drainage was very slow. There were only 4 dining chairs and 4 sets of cutlery and crockery in the apartment and the apartment was advertised for 6 people. It was almost impossible to contact the owner/agent who does not return calls. . On the last day, we wanted a late CHC,out but was asked to pay RM50. I refused. I am attaching the WhatsApp. Hotel.com should not accept renters like these with multitudes of bad reviews"

"A great hotel! Friendly and welcoming staff, excellent facilities including rooftop pool and gym. Breakfast was very varied and plenty of it! It was great location for us just 4 minutes from the beach and some decent walks along the sea. Grab cabs were frequent and regular for the trips into George Town old district and very reasonable! I would stay there again and recommend it!"
