Great hotel - quiet location, modern but comfortable decor, and fantastic, large family room (2 double beds, with divide created by TV table). Also, friendly and very helpful staff.

Very good hotel

Overall, had a lovely 2 night stay, could not fault our room, It was spotlessly clean, we had a deluxe room, so much space, and a lovely deep bath in the bathroom. , excellent for couples, as no taps at either end. Check in, and out was greeted with a lovely smile . But breakfast was hit and miss im afraid, on the first morning it came out cold. Itwas replaced quickly with the replacement very hot , sec.second day it was a bit warmer but still not hot . But it did not spoil our stay.

Great location! Tower Hill is the nearest tube, only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. You have the city on your doorstep along with tower bridge. The staff are super friendly, the rooms are clean and spacious. My only negative would be that the heating in the room would not work and the room was freezing. Great breakfast, nice atmosphere in the bar and dining areas.

Nice stay as usual

Nice stay as usual. A bit of a mix up with check-in and then a knock on the door at 1030pm to sort but all good. Friendly staff and great location.
