One elevator out but wasn’t a problem while we were there. Called the night before to say we’d be there around 8am and to confirm they can hold luggage. We arrived and were pleasantly surprised to be offered early check-in instead. This was appreciated as we were able to change, freshen up and squeeze in a nap. Decent sized room with twin beds (not that comfy). Although no view, it was quiet and we couldn't hear street noise. Nice touch with robes, slippers, rubber ducky, soaker tub and shower, selection of teas and couple cookies. Arrived at LHR. Opted to take the Underground tube.

Great hotel in London!
We had a great stay here, beds were comfortable, appreciated the welcome drink. Had breakfast in the hotel one morning and that was great too. Easy to get around, close to tube stations. Good pubs in the area. Would stay again, or try one of their other properties!

We had an excellent stay at the Apex. The staff was friendly and helpful. The family room was large, comfortable and had nice extras like snacks, tea, coffee, robe, slippers. There is a large tub and walk in shower. It is very clean and the restaurant is very good. Close to the tube. Couldn’t have been more pleased.
