Very nice to have the eateries and grocery store in the very near area and including safe walking even in the evening it seems. It was terrible to freeze all night and no one picking up at the desk even though I called twice to ask for help with that. I had to sleep in my down jacket and use a large pillow as a cover for the lower half of my body! Believe me, I’m not a sissy when it comes to cold… I live in Wisconsin and have never had an issue with cold accommodations. The next day, after talking to the front desk, they walked a portable heater into the room… Seems like there is no way to turn off the blasting AC because it’s running in spite of the heater they brought in. That was kind and it made all the difference. They also were willing to accommodate price change as a result of the bad night. The lady at the desk and the other staff were lovely.

The staff here are incredibly helpful and friendly. They are the reason we stayed in the hotel - almost left after the first night. The first room we had smelled of mold and the bathroom a little of pee. Also it had a broken heater so we froze. When I reported this to the front desk they were very very helpful and got us another room and promised a discount on the hotel bill. The whole hotel smells kind of mildewy with chemical cleaner over that. This was not great for my allergic family. The breakfast is decent though, and the staff are just great.

This property needs a major upgrade. I stayed for a night in the West wing which is very outdated, and the carpet looks old and dirty. I think there's bed bugs cos I had several tiny bites on my arm the next morning. The toilet was constantly blocked and was leaking which was disgusting. The walls are very thin and I could hear the couple next door having sex all day and night. Also it's a long way to walk with 3 suitcases. The staff did not offer to help with my baggage. Dinner menu at the bar was below average and some items were not available. Probably the best part of my stay here was the friendly female bartender, the efficient shuttle service and nice breakfast.

Hotel is cheap and close to the airport. Wasn’t exactly thrilled to find multiple strands of long, curly hair on my bed that weren’t mine (I’m bald), and a dirty hand towel in the bathroom. Went downstairs to grab a drink to a bartender who was just sitting on her phone at a seat at the bar, the place overall just wasn’t really doing it for me.
