when I arrived, the staff informed me that I didn't have a reservation although I showed them Expedia itinerary that shows the name it was booked under as well as the confirmation/booking number. not sure what happened there but they were able to get me in a room. the room was extremely outdated, the photos online are very misleading. the room was tiny. the building was difficult to navigate, it also smelled like marijuana. it was raining when we arrived and the stairs leading to our room were extremely slippery with zero caution signs put up. the beds were extremely uncomfortable, blankets and pillows were thin. when we arrived we saw another family bringing their own pillows, blankets and towels — I wish we did. I honestly wouldn't stay here again nor would I recommend it.

We were given a room I believe 174 and it looked nothing like the pictures. It was old school decor, smelled funky, and the heater literally smelled like there was a fire starting inside the unit. I probably wouldn’t stay again tbh.

There are many hotels in the area at similar prices and in a safer location and better experience. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone even though I had to stay several nights because it is next to my work those days, but I counted the hours to leave. They tried to open the car several times at night. The front desk and the manager in particular are obsessed with not knowing what the hotel really is like. The photos do not correspond to the current state and the worst of all is that I found several insects during my stay that stung me while I slept.
