"The staff was very happy and helpful with every need, from check in to bringing out the paddleboards and kayaks. Our cottage was clean and we were supplied with ample towels. Breakfast is a nice grab and go, with fresh coffee fruit and bagels/muffins."

"Lovely two bedroom waterfront property is reminiscent of a beachfront cottage in New England or the Outer Banks. If you're expecting a Marriott timeshare on an expensive island in the Caribbean as some of the previous reviews seemed to be then then perhaps look elsewhere. But if you want a comfortable winter escape in an absolutely perfect location both within the resort as well as where it is in the Keys then this is for you. We enjoyed the beautiful view from both the upper deck as well as the shielded downstairs patio (beautiful sunrise), grilled several times and swam every day in the community pool and the ocean. We'll be back."

"We stayed in hotel unit for three nights. The pool/bar/cafe area was a large space. It was beautifully landscaped and very clean. Additional amenities in that area included an out door shower, a couple of hammocks, a bocce ball court, and a cornhole area. The room we stayed in was a spacious one bedroom setup. The kitchen included a full sized refrigerator, microwave, a Keurig coffee maker, a one burner cook top, a dishwasher, silverware, glasses, and plates. There was a dining table and small living area with a large screen tv also. The outside patio was large and had a high top table with four chairs along with two other regular chairs. It was a perfect space to relax and look out over the inlet water way. You could rent pontoon boats, a small center console fishing boat, standup pattleboards, kayaks, and bikes. This was a fantastic place if you owned a camper/RV or if you wanted a hotel room! "
