Cozy, romantic condo with mountain view at wonderful Bryce Resort, a true gem of the Shenandoah Valley. Check-in as early as 9 am and check out as late as 6:00 pm (if other guest’s reservations don’t interfere). Easy walk/ski/bike access to the resort. King size bed. Access to outdoor community pool and washer/dryer on property in adjacent building. Condo includes wood fireplace, refrigerator, stove/oven and dishwasher. Dishes, utensils, coffee pot and cooking pans available. Perfect weekend get away
Property was as described and pictured. Close to all the amenities offered at Bryce resort and the Basye area. It was a perfect quick weekend getaway to commune with nature and hit the reset button. Girls weekend
My friend and I booked this place for a weekend getaway, a “ girl’s trip”. We had a fantastic time! I can’t say enough good things about our experience. The place is well maintained with everything we needed to enjoy our time . The host was quick to respond to any needs that came up , I mean extremely fast and resolved anything that came up . There are a lot of things to do in the area , and the food at the resort restaurant is the best I’ve had in a long time . Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed.

Amazing stay!
This condo is amazing and everything we hoped for on our skiing vacation to Bryce!! Skiing, snow tubing and ice skating to enjoy the winter season activities, outstanding dinners at the resort restaurant Copper Kettle, and the perfect place to rest your head at the end of the adventurous day! The condo is ski-in / ski-out, which couldn't be more convenient. It's a brief walk to the lodge for food and whatever else you might want, and the view from the 2nd floor balcony is incredible!! You can enjoy a cup of morning coffee while staring out at the beautiful snow covered mountain while the skiers zoom past down the mountain. And when you're ready just clip on your skis and join the fun! Seriously, this place and the host Eric are amazing. You can't go wrong here. Clean, comfortable, quiet, and everything you'd want for your mountain getaway.

This property was exceptionally cleaned and the owner very accommodating from the beginning. I had a few questions before booking and he answered me right away. There is a lot to do right in the resort, I am definitely coming back to this place. The property has everything you need which is even better, you don’t have to bring a lot with you.

Great condo! Great rental experience!
My boyfriend and I rented Eric’s condo at Bryce for a New Year’s ski weekend. We had an amazing time. Eric’s condo is spotless, well equipped down to the smallest detail, and is perfectly situated at the bottom of one of the ski trails at Bryce. I would highly recommend renting this place. Great experience all around and great communication from the host!

This property is excellent! It was exactly as advertised, if not better! Decor was comfortable and well appointed. Clean condo with a great view of the lift and lower trails. Well equipped for a complete stay of any length. Everything you might need, to even include some fishing rods. There was even a fresh toothbrush sealed in it original packaging, just in case you forgot yours! Communication with Eric was top notch. Response times were very quick! We will definitely stay again! Thanks Eric!

The property was super clean, with fresh carpets and had plenty of amenities like lysol, bandages and shampoos and soaps for easy access. This was a perfect stay for a couple and had plenty of space for us both. Our host was very reliable and easy to get in touch with but we thankfully didn't require any assistance while we were there because everything was so well set up for us! We loved it!

President's Day Weekend
Eric was very professional and accommodating. You can tell that your experience is important to him from the start. He was in touch enough to be thorough and I felt that had I needed anything once I checked in he would be there to respond but frankly everything was well appointed and there was no reason to correspond...we just started having a nice weekend right away. We enjoyed the proximity of the condo to the resort's amenities and appointments.. Everything was clean and cozy in the condo. We enjoyed several stovetop meals. All of the pots, pans, utensils and cutlery that we needed were furnished. Firewood was supplied and we had a couple of nice fires while we were there, adding to our snowy getaway experience. We took advantage of the on-site restaurant/bar (get the pretzel) and the outside drink hut where there was a DJ and a band at different times. It was a short walk back to the condo and we are grateful because the busy weekend meant very limited parking. The proximity of the condo to the rest of the resort meant that within 100 yards, you could be in the middle of everything or in the middle of nothing at all...a very flexible place.
