"Pella greeted us at the front desk when we arrived. We arrived a few hours before the actual check in time. We just wanted to drop our bags and go explore the city. Our room was ready so she let us check in early at no extra charge. She was very welcoming and kind. The hotel lobby was getting busy and she was the only one on the desk but she greeted everyone who came in and told them she would be with them shortly. We were in town for the Taylor Swift show and the hotel was having a contest and was decked out and embracing Taylor mania!! "

"This hotel is really well located, just aside a Loblaws and a 1min walking from College Station (line 1). The staff is courteous, smiling, energetic & very professionnal. The room is small but the furnitures are well-adapted, the bed was large enough and comfy. The only sad thing was that windows were letting a small drift of cold air get inside the room, but after talking with the staff, they will take care of it as soon as possible. The small bathroom was well-provided with towels and other amenities, and the shower was working well, despite the washer tape of the pommel need to be re-done (water was leaking, but it didn't cause any serious issue not affected the water pressure) I let the staff know about it and I'm confident they will resolve the situation quickly. Outside of the minor problems, I still think it's a very good place to stay and I would not hesitate to come back for another stay! 🙂"
