The hotel is a nice property, very clean, reasonably priced, with friendly and accommodating employees. A small thing but I like that there is easy self parking available. There are a lot of good dining options close by, as well as the St Lawrence Market and grocery stores if you need one. Most things are within a 10-15 minute walk including the subway. We stay in downtown Toronto 2-3 times a year, would definitely select Novotel next time.

Our new go-to hotel

Novotel was the perfect spot to stay for exploring downtown Toronto. The rooms were awesome, housekeeping was so friendly and went above and beyond, and the amenities and location were exactly what we were looking for.

Breakfast buffet was great, never had to wait for the elevators, the pool was cold and we asked them to heat it up and they did it right away. Cleaning staff were super friendly also. Lots of great restaurants and things to do within walking distance. Would definitely stay again.

Convenient and clean

Everything worked out well. The hot tub was a bonus especially on a cold night. The con is the TV wasn’t captioned. I couldn’t find the accessibility features.

Great hotel, breakfast and breakfast staff were spectacular. Very clean and tidy. The pool was a bit cold so didn’t enjoy it much and I wish there were more amenities in the room. Fr example, body lotion, but overall very happy about my stay!
