Very happy UH is close to Union Station! Easy to access TTC. Room's 2 blinds helped with privacy with the many buildings outside the window. Nice touch with the new novel above the desk if you choose to read/purchase, along with the bathrobes. Beautiful, clean room. The lobby is has a welcoming feel- a fireplace, great spot to read, work on your laptop or visit with friends. The Humble Donkey has delicious breakfast menu. It is a great hotel in the Financial District of Toronto. I have been recommending the hotel since I stayed. Thanks!

Great hotel, in the heart of everything downtown. I would go again. I wish they had onsite parking, but this is to be expected given the location is directly in the city.

Staff was very friendly , but bed was small..

Stay and communication was great, room was small and cozy which we were ok with.. bed was supposed to be a queen but was smaller which made sleeping 2 in the bed tight and harder to sleep properly.. washroom was nice and modern… There’s no parking on site but was available next to building underground for an extra charge

I loved the lobby and common space of the hotel. It’s filled with unique art and the Humble Donkey downstairs was very convenient. I didn’t like how they didn’t have a parking garage attached to the hotel, making it extremely inconvenient to bring up my luggage (they only had Green P Parking nearby which only had narrow stairwells to bring you to street level). The towels and robes constantly had fuzz/lint rolling off it so I was constantly trying to wipe off fuzz from my body after the shower. The area felt a little unsafe, there was a couple times when people who were clearly under the influence were seen sleeping in the lobby. Extra security is needed. Otherwise, the rooms themselves were cozy and had all that I needed.

Great hotel!

This was a great find! The Union Hotel is a quaint boutique hotel that's within walking distance of a lot of attractions. The staff was friendly. The room was clean. The bed lulled me to sleep every night, and the shower was nice! When I come back to Toronto, I will stay here again.

Nice hotel; friendly staff; well equipped rooms; bright atmosphere. My stay at Union hotel was pleasant. The room was a bit smaller than I expected but it had everything that I needed in terms of amenities. I would recommend it and would stay there again.

Ideal location for seeing shows and getting around. Spacious room, comfy bed. Friendly front desk staff. Also, love that you can stream shows on the tv. Only negatives were no safe in the room and couldn’t find an ice machine. Definitely will stay again!

Absolutely fantastic stay. Room was immaculate, well played out for a small space. Very clean. The lobby area is very relaxing and has a cafe. Bardi’s steakhouse is right next door. Will definitely stay again.
