The staff was so thoughtful especially at checkin and the airport shuttle service was wonderful. The in house restaurant was excellent as well and the room was clean and cozy.

Clean modern hotel and 5 min from airport. Very convenient of you have a flight out there next day. Great breakfast service. Very convenient with shuttle airport. The only thing is it's not easy to get to with public transportation but that's a minor issue.

I enjoyed a lovely night at Sercotel Madrid Aeropuerto. The ambiance was fancy, and the amenities were top-notch. The only issue was that the air conditioner took a while to be fixed, but the staff was responsive and accommodating. The shuttle service to the airport was very convenient. Overall, I had a great experience and would recommend it!
