This is a beautiful small hotel in an old mansion. We were in the area for a graduation, and just overnight. We had three rooms, which were each spacious and unique. Parking on-site was great, and the hotel is an easy walk to the downtown area, with lots of great shopping and dining options. We enjoyed our short stay very much. Would highly recommend!

I appreciate a renovated historical property; so, I keep this in mind when reviewing. The facility was clean; the room unique. It was quiet (not sure if that was because my room was on the top floor though). The floors and walls were uneven, and this is likely because of its historical factor. For me, it's part of the mystique of the property. I would have liked a microwave in my room to reheat leftovers, but staff from the lobby reheated it for me. The restaurant is high end, so much so that the hamburger offering was $19.I did not eat in the restaurant. There was no real protein offering in their continental breakfast either. These were my biggest complaints. Everything else was nice. Cleanliness, quiet, and proximity to downtown in one direction and proximity to major highways without being in earshot are huge pluses. I would recommend staying there. Incidentally, I saw no ghosts during my 3-night stay [insert smiley face here].

Way overpriced. The towels were stringy, the shower had mold and didn’t feel clean. The sink was all cracked. Wallpaper was peeling. The bed was not comfortable. The restaurant wasn’t open and the morning coffee was cold. When you work hard and save up for a trip and get this type of room for $345 a night, it’s very disappointing.

This was way beyond our expectations! The room was so clean and comfortable. There's a restaurant attached which is nice but very expensive. Nothing spectacular except the prices. Expected more for breakfast but the grab and go are not our thing. I would stay there again for sure !

Would not recommend. Got an ADA room that wasn’t renovated, ground floor. Definitely a room for Expedia guests. Had issues with the sink and shower. Front desk wasn’t helpful and didn’t offer to move us. Simple breakfast. Inconvenient. Pictures are much better than reality

Nice Room
Inside renovated and looks nice. Comfortable mattress and linens in a spacious room. Outside does not necessarily look like a hotel and does not match new renovations inside. The restaurant is closed Sunday and Monday which I wish I’d known prior to my stay.
