No elevator!!! Be careful when you book
We were offered a second floor room when we checked in and little did we know that this is a very old property and does not have any elevator. So we went back to the reception and asked them if we can get something on the first floor since we had six big suitcases to carry. The young associate Owen said that they were fully booked (8/10/24 night) and said sorry. He did not offer any assistance with the luggage and went his merry way. We somehow managed to drag our luggage to the second floor. The rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. So no complaints there. The a/c would not go lower than 67 ( which was more like 70), and the occupancy sensor for the a/c kept shutting down the AC. This lead to a very uncomfortable and irritating experience. Next morning the included breakfast was meager and the person in charge did not bother to refill things on time. They were out of orange juice, breakfast tea, etc and we could not get hold of anyone to ask for replenishments. Overall, I would not recommend this place.
