"We booked last minute and checked in around 9pm. The desk staff were absolutely amazing! Kind, friendly, patient and knowledgeable. Our room was better than expected. We had a king room and the bed was so comfy! The tub made my day. The room itself was clean and cozy. We made it to the CK Pub with just minutes to spare before the kitchen closed. The bartender was friendly and patient and the food was well made. We had breakfast in the morning courtesy of our vouchers and it was more than we expected food and flavor wise. When we checked out I was shocked (pleasantly so) that the lovely staff member from the night before remembered my name. 10 out of 10 will definitely stay again! "

"Our stay was WONDERFUL, mostly due to the incredible customer service. The first morning, I overslept and got down for breakfast just after they closed everything. Instead of looking at me and frustration like most hotels, the woman cleaning up (I think her name was Amanda) was so kind and offered me coffee and something from the omelette station, as they had not yet completely shut that down. Very, very thoughtful of her, and nice to be made to feel like a welcome guest, even though I was the one who was not on time. I also had a slip and fall out at a wedding that weekend, and the gentleman at the front desk was so kind to help me with a large Ziploc bag from the kitchen to put ice in for my ice pack. They also helped my husband with the use of a wheelchair for the remainder of the weekend to cart me around everywhere in the hotel. Definitely a customer service focus at this hotel! We appreciated it so much!"
