"Stayed a few times now. Lovely place, excellent service and glorious food. Highly recommended. Only downside was the checkout. Inaccuracy on the bill meant had to wait ages for them to check and redo. Missed breakfast. Shame."

"We stayed three nights at Taj Mahal Tower Hotel and it was a very enjoyable experience. The location of the hotel opposite Gateway of India was very convenient with shopping and extensive choice of food outlets in the nearby colaba area. The iconic Taj Palace hotel is connected and most public areas are shared by both hotels. The welcome ceremony conducted on check in is very unique and made us feel special. The staff are always friendly and accommodating from the front desk to the housekeeping and food and beverage outlets. The complimentary tour was very informative and it is highly recommended if you have time to complete. A little inconvenience is the lobby is always crowded with visitors not staying at the hotel but overall a very good stay with the usual Taj excellence which makes this hotel great. "

"The stay was truly amazing. The staff were so welcoming and always willing to go the extra mile to make the stay enjoyable. I had a problem with my suitcase zip. The hotel sent a man to fix it. Amazing, now no stress about a broken suitcase. The bar is amazing too, well staffed and great selection of drinks. The gym is well equipped. I am into weight training. Certainly didn’t disappoint. The pool at the Oberoi and the Trident were both great too."

"Bentley Hotel is tucked away on the 3rd floor of an office building on Marine Drive. Across the street you can join the crowd and sit on the cement wall to watch the sun set over the Arabian Sea, then go for a stroll down the boulevard. The rooms in this hotel are small but the staff is very friendly and welcoming. They will bring the free breakfast right to your room in the morning. Call 20-30 minutes in advance with your order. The young staff guys will carry your luggage for you before you even have time to ask. Very pleasant stay!"
