I only gave it three stars for the facility because they have had an ongoing problem with using your card to get into the hotel when the front desk isn’t open. It was before 7:30 in the morning and I was loading my car and the key did not work in the front door nor either of the side doors with the electronic key entrances. The night desk clerk said they have been having an ongoing problem with this and it would be a while before it gets fixed. There is a phone by the front entrance to call after hours, but a couple of times I tried this and no one answered. I think because the front desk night person stepped away for a brief time which is not unreasonable. If this is an ongoing problem, this should’ve been fixed Much quicker and this should not be an ongoing problem because it is quite inconvenient to be locked out of the hotel after hours.

Asked to use a certain door when walking dog due to unsafe situation with guest that was being removed by authorities. When attempting to reenter the hotel though the door instructed to use by staff, door did not work. Was unable to use lobby door and was unable to contact any hotel staff for support. The staff member knowingly places us in the middle of an unsafe situation. Additionally, during the day there is staff member that 'cleans' the property but he seems to just stare and make anyone in the surrounding area feel unsafe. When makinh reports about unruly guests going around and knocking on doors, the staff member ruled it as a normal occasion. Very unprofessional.

The staff were great and very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good and stocked at all times. Room was clean and daily service was good . The first day we checked in they just cleaned the carpets so the carpet were still wet which I guess is fine because at least it’s clean, but I kept my shoes on the whole time.By the next day it was dry. I did receive a text stating that, but still it was not ideal. I didn’t like the fact that they close the front lobby doors from 9 PM to 9 AM and we had to use the side doors to access the hotel which didn’t work more than half the time. I had to reprogram my keys every day. And even then, the side doors worked after about 10 tries. The hotel are was safe but outside the walls there were a lot of homeless and people hanging around. They never came on site but not having the keys work great or the lobby doors open made it a bit uncomfortable for me. I

Clean, comfortable rooms. Breakfast had a good variety. Pool and hot tub were clean. Easy access to I-10.
