"From the moment we arrived the staff was phenomenal. At check-in they accommodated all of our requests and we ended up getting a significant room upgrade with no additional charge. Everything was clean and up to date. The room was amazing, along with the view (beachfront with 2 balconies). The main restaurant by the pool had amazing food for their dinner menu, and the chef personally consulted with use regarding my husband’s food allergy. The only complaint is they charged us for masks/snorkels ($15 ea) ….which should have been free considering there is a $75/day charge for an umbrella and beach chairs. Other than that, this place was fabulous and if we ever return to Maui we will definitely be staying here again."
