Requested a first floor pet room, which was given. Staff was kind courteous and helpful. Carpet in room was so filthy, it left my child’s feet black.

Old facility in desperate need of a major overhaul. Fleas, overwhelming odor of cleaning products (?), noisy neighbors, drugged up homeless(?)people stumbling around parking lot for hours at night. Did not feel safe going out to car.

There were a few small negatives. One was that the electric outlets are insufficient power for overnight charging of my electronic and digital devices (blood meter, cell phone and Apple Watch). They either tripped off or could not supply charge. Another was that the television provider (DirectTV) had a fitfully tedious menu selection process that was time consuming and annoying to deal with. And the only window does not have a blackout curtain, so that parking and security lights outside are difficult to blockout for sleep. That said, I would stay there again. Microwave and refrigerator, plenty of lights, quality HVAC, spacious bathroom, luxurious king size bed felt like mine at home and the comfortable club chair and ottoman were an extra blessing.
