Staying at the rogue valley Inn Regency was a wonderful experience through and through. The staff was pleasant, and always readily available. Everything was as it should be, and for a motel offering free breakfast they rate among the tops. We thoroughly enjoyed our four nights at the facility and would recommend them to anyone planning a stay in Medford.

Hotel and room are nice and in decent condition. Nice furniture in room and TV. Carpet is outdated, no USB available for now days electronic charging. But most importantly, no handle/support bars in the tub/shower. I noticed how easy it is for one to slip and get hurt, going in or out of that tub/shower.

Pros: price was great, the property is clean, the service is great, the breakfast can’t be beat for a free hotel breakfast and the location is convenient. Cons: needs to be updated, pillows are horrible, walls are so thin I could hear the person in the room next to us urinating, needs more than 3 chairs around the pool for people to sit and a place for people only swimming to set their belongings not to take one of the 3 chairs. This is our second stay and honestly I would stay there again. It would just be lovely to see some improvements.

Rooms are really dated and not electronically modern. However, they are very clean, spacious, and the beds are very comfortable. Walls are paper thin so be prepared to listen to your neighbors conversions and visa versa. The cook to order breakfast is wonderful. Food and service is excellent. The bar has a good happy hour and the food is also very good. The shuttle service is outstanding and even took me to the airport at 4:00 in the morning.

The Rogue Regency is an older hotel, but very well kept. The staff was always friendly, the breakfast was convenient, fast service and good. There were five or six options to choose from in their on-site restaurant. Beds were comfy, water pressure was good for showers, and even when the hotel was crowded on a Saturday night it was quiet. We had no complaints.
