The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful. Our room was super clean and perfect for what we needed. We had a small issue with our safe and the staff were very quick to fix this for us. Thank you for having us.

This place is ok. It is an older hotel, with creaky floorboards, and small rooms. It certainly suits a purpose, if you need to be in this part of the city. But it's not the most comfortable hotel. Plus I did not realise that Flinders St can be a bit dicey, lots of suss characters around. I'd choose a different location next time around.

Great location. Housekeeping to make up room very slow. Got back to room late afternoon bed not made. Last day ran out of face washers & therefore not replaced. Be aware of weddings being held Friday through to Sunday & noise can be heard from rooms. Order room service wish I hadn’t bothered pizza was like cardboard.

Top location for our long weekend, unfortunately just a few little things lowered the overall ratings for me. Our toilet was not clean on check in, incorrect sized bath plug in room, no soap to shower, rubbish from cleaners trolley strewn down hallway, phone didn’t work in room. Little things.
