Refuse the change bed sheets. At arrival bed have Blood on it, i ask front desk to change them, 3 times in 3 nights there and they said they will, but never did, Room was not clean not even once. Spoke to a housekeeper i guess, and told me, ( with the salary they get, is the best, they can do). But still, never change or clean room. I ask for a plastic spoon at front desk, and they said, they cant provide those, they are lock, and they will get in teouble, if they give me one, even though they serve breakfast every morning (never tried). Please pay more the staff, so they can do their job and stop complaining.

Breakfast was more than we expected with waffle makers, pastries, cereal, and yogurt. However, room was in disrepair, bathroom door handle fell off as well as towel hook on bathroom wall. Only given 2 bath towels for a room booked for 3 people. One of our two non-smoking rooms smelled of smoke/weed. Hotel is pet friendly which is great, but there was no lawn for people to take out pets and there were feces on sidewalks.
