I didn’t make it there due to bad weather. I tried hard to change flights to get to Miami tonight to be there before leaving for Saturday cruise. The assistant manager stood firm and would not give a refund even though I had no control of weather and American canceling our flights. I won’t stay here that’s for sure.

The person who greeted me at the front desk was really pleasant. The room I was in looked pretty dated but it was still a comfortable environment. The restaurant was almost closing and they sat me at a dirty table. I won’t fly off the handle for this because I have a very high tolerance for disrespect. The hostess was cool but the other waiter wasn’t really bothered. It was an average experience.

We stayed the night before and night after our cruise and during both stays, we were very happy with the front desk staff. Appreciated the shuttle to the port and the shuttle to the airport on for our flight home. Would recommend this hotel for people who need a room before a flight or a cruise - very conveniently located for both.

Staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early, which was a plus as we had just returned from a cruise and we were exhausted. There are on-site dining options: a deli in the lobby and a restaurant on the 9th floor - gorgeous view of the city. Shuttle to the airport in the morning - very good service!
