I was incredibly disappointed with my stay at this property, which was nowhere near worth the rate I paid. It felt more like staying in an outdated motel than a reputable hotel. The carpets were filthy, and the entire building had a very unpleasant, distinct odor. Noise was also a major issue, every hallway conversation and passing guest could be heard clearly, which meant I was woken up multiple times around 3-4 a.m. I expected more from Expedia, a platform I typically trust for my bookings. Charging over $120 per night for a room that seemed valued around $70 is unacceptable. The experience has left me feeling deceived, and unfortunately, I’ll be rethinking my choice of booking platform in the future. Expedia, please review your hotel listings and ensure the photos and descriptions align with the actual property quality.
