Pro: Friendly, attentive front desk staff, airport transportation, gift shop, food truck on site, free breakfast, clean pool and outdoor dining area Con: trash in the hallways, mold in/on walls and tile, insect droppings, dirty walls and doors, hair balls, etc Your sentence makes sense, but it could be slightly refined for clarity and flow. Here’s a revised version: After checking in, I discovered some of these issues and was immediately transferred to another room, which was slightly better. However, the cleaning staff definitely needs to be replaced, or possibly some room inspections conducted by someone who genuinely cares, every once in a while, rather than leaving it up to the guests.

I called the day before our arrival to reserve a shuttle to Port Miami at 12:15. I asked if I should pay it then or when I get there and they said when I get there. Then when I checked when I got there it was not reserved because they said I had to pay for it first. Luckily I was still able to get on but would have been very upset had there been no room. At that time I also asked for the late check Go at noon since we had a shuttle at 12:15. That part was taken care of for us. I was also a little disappointed that I booked the room specifically because it offered free shuttle to and from the airport. But then found out the shuttle service stopped before our flight got in so we had to pay for an Uber

I was charged a $100 deposit for the reservation extra besides the price for the room. The deposit was more expensive than the price for the room And I didn’t know about the deposit. The weather was cold and the room didn’t have heater available. Only A/c. The room was freezing cold

All I will say is I did this to be close to the ship I was getting on. I did not even take off my clothes for bed I didn't trust it even though I inspected the bed. I got up took my shower and was out before check out. When I come back next year, I will definitely put more money in my stay IDC if it is one day. But the front desk was really friendly the two ladies i encountered there were really professional and one had really great hair lol But im sorry never again. Ladies go find yall some better jobs you two are to good for that motel. Stayed Oct.25th one night

THERE WERE ROACHES IN OUR ROOM, THE AIR CONDITIONER BROKEN, HAIR PAINTED TO THE FLOOR! ELEVATOR SLOW, THE SAFF REFUSED TO PROVIDE TEA BAGS TO OUR ROOM..THE EVENING STAFF REPORTED NIT HAVING KEYS TO THE KITCHEN! I GOT PICTURES OF THE 3 ROACHES THAT WAS IN OUR ROOM. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND. THE BREAKFAST STAFF WAS nice. The shuttle driver was good. But the hotel was old outdated and smelled. The room was awful.
