I have stayed here many times and always find it peaceful, entertaining and convenient. One thing tho I was asked via email if I wanted to upgrade my room for $11/night….I said yes. Bad mistake…I was moved to the older tower that necessitated me walking longer to the car and entrance….my 65 year old legs weren’t happy. Despite that….overall good experience….as usual

The place was clean and nice, we stayed in the newer spa tower which is nicely appointed. Had kids with me which is fine but not a kid oriented place. Don't bother with the Internet which is intentionally laggy by default. Paid for the upgrade and got a whopping 20Mbits wifi...kids were looking forward to some online games and we're not amused, there is no Ethernet jack provided. Paid twice to get it working, even then, the access code for extra devices did not work. Support number is to COX which I sists the front desk can help. The front desk did manage to check us in and point out rules in a fairly irritating manner....otherwise useless.....use the kiosk instead.

We never stayed at a casino before. We didn’t know what to expect. It wasn’t terrible, but we will probably not stay again because we are not gamblers. We requested a non smoking room but the room had obviously been smoked in. Called to make sure we were in the correct room to be told that the floor we were on was nonsmoking. They said they could spray if we wanted, but we didn’t think that would be helpful. They said they would note that we were not smoking. We went out and bought some air fresheners while we were out checking out the town. They seemed to help some before we left.
