The temperature in the room is hard to control. The unit stays off and the thermostat does not allow you to turn it off. There are only three options high, low, and automatic. The air blows direct on you all night. Not ideal for me or my husband. The building is old, so the outlets do not work properly, and the bed is very stiff. Aside from that, honestly, yoi get what you pay for. If you want more luxury pay for the spa side of the blue chip hotel. Even though, no matter what I pay, I need to be able to control my own temperature settings in a room, even if it means I want everything off!

This is my second stay here, both times the pool/hot tub area was closed for maintenance which is a main reason we choose to stay here as there aren’t many nice hotels in the area with pools/hot tub. Other than that the casino is a fun amenity if you like to gamble and it’s very convenient having a couple restaurants although they are a little pricy. It’s a clean hotel and the staff is very accommodating!

Stay in the Spa Tower for a much nicer room. Only 3 dining options. The bar Rocks has a bartender Ryan that is awesome! Bar bands were incredible! Super fun! Going back but getting a better room!
