The hotel was rundown. The rugs were filthy with stains. The emergency exit sign in the hallway was hanging by a single wire.The room was rundown. The TV cabinet had no doors, the closet didn't close, the ironing board was broken and the sheets on the mattress were too short for the bed. I was basically sleeping on a bare mattress. There was a loud incident in the hallway at 2:00 AM that resulted in two people being removed by security. I would not stay here again.

The day I got hear. They had rooms for 184.00 I would love to have the room differential. The 1st night we got here they put us in a construction room. A room tht was being renovated a total mess. Coffee maker didn’t work. I could go on. Could I at least get the room rate they were offering for the weekend. Thanks

This room was NOTHING like it was shown on the website. The room has not been upgraded to the basics of year 2000’s. The sheets were thin as onion skin showing the dirty floral mattress. The carpet was absolutely disgusting and needs to be removed not cleaned too dirty to clean. The corners of the carpet have mounds of dust. It should be a sin to charge people to stay at this property.

When we checked in the staff was nice and all the games looked fun so I expected the room to be decent but it’s not. There are scratches, small dents, marks and stains on the walls and doors. The furniture is scratched up pretty bad, stained and looks like it’s breaking or broken. The carpets are disgustingly stained and dirty to the point where I don’t even trust walking in my socks. The bathroom sink is missing one towel hook, the tub is a little dirty and the shower curtain has what looks like mildew or mold growing on it.

Stay away from the ORLEANS TOWER! As soon as I stepped off the elevator, the carpets were disgusting and grotesque. The first room assigned was disgusting. I ordered a non smoke room and it smelled like a smoking convention in my room. I complained at the front desk and was put in the Bourbon Tower which was a bit better. It had hard wood floors which was good. Only 2 hangers were in the closet. I hate that. I called housekeeping...you can never get them on the phone. I asked for 10 hangers and never got it. The bathroom was good. I wish they had a better remote control. The refrigerator was lopsided and on the door side there was no handle to be able to hold my drinks ( less space to be able to utilize) . The refrigerator got so cold it froze my salads. The ice machine on the 9th floor did not work. Every other floor had the ice machine available. I had to walk up to the 10th floor Everytime I needed ice. That was a pain to do.
