someone was talking about a vehicle break in when we checked in, using a card to access elevator, we realized we weren't in a safe neighborhood and it was unsettling. Check in lady had a movie on her phone and volume high as we checked in - was so rude.

There were some mishaps during our stay ( fire alarm went off due to a short) but our room was clean and the AC worked great. The staff couldn't have been nicer.

WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN!!!!!! Worst experience ever. I stayed here twice first time was good. I paid $250 for a dirty room. $150 deposit yess that is just the deposit & did not say that on the website. There was stains on the sheet. I had to go ask for clean sheets. Coffee stains on the wall.

Diana checked us in, and she is awesome! The security features are very much appreciated, especially at night. The room was clean and comfortable, and the beds/pillows were some of the best I've slept in. Breakfast was fabulous, with lots of options. I will absolutely be staying here again the next time I'm in Omaha. (All of the staff were very friendly.)

Elevator key is one of the things I liked the most since only people who have business there are allowed into the building, a really good security feature. The location was very convenient for the trip I was making and I had a great experience there.

Room was nice size, clean and comfortable. Breakfast had nice assortment and everything was fresh. Good parking. We have stayed here previously and staff had always been very friendly and helpful. Current staff is very “strictly business “ no warm fuzzys here. We will stay here again but certainly miss the friendly front desk.

I’ve stayed at this location in the past so obviously is nice enough for a return visit. My son (4) really enjoys the pool area and I have to say that’s the highlight of this hotel. It has a couple of small slides and some other fun water features to keep the kids entertained. It’s dated, a bit worn, but safe and reliable (the pool as well as the hotel). No odd smells or anything too off putting throughout the facility. The room was very clean and cozy. Just needs some updating and maintenance. Little things like the shower curtain bracket starting to come loose from the wall, fabric on the chair almost worn through. But the cleaning staff is doing a great job with what they have to work with. Breakfast was above average for a hotel in this price range. The breakfast area was clean and staff was on hand to keep it so. However, we got there right when it opened both mornings; I can’t speak to the cleanliness after a couple of hours of traffic. Overall, a good location and will probably continue to choose this location until my son gets too big for the pool (it’s only 3ft at the deepest). I think the owners would be wise to invest a bit in updates and maintenance. It has a lot of potential to be a much more highly rated facility.

Great property, great staff, fantastic breakfast. My daughter loves the pool. Perfect pool for kids (8”-3’ depth) with 2 slides and a fountain. Was our second time there and will be staying again

The hotel was great the desk lady was crabby but maybe because the people ahead of us were hard to deal with. The worst part was there were 37 trucks with trailers taking up multiple parking spots and grills and coolers taking up more spots so when I arrived back for the night I had to park far away and blocking in a truck and trailer
